Nope, McManus has always been a 4 Star. Believe it or not the 4 Star athletes over the last 3 years haven't lost their star rating after committing to Marshall.

Rivals still bumps down a lot of TU commits if they go BCS to Tulsa then if they Tulsa to BCS they get bumped up.

Very frustrating despite the excellent recruiting staff TU Rivals has provided Rivals as a whole over the years.

We're in his top 5 along with Florida, Indiana, Miss State, and Ole Miss. There is a very legitimate chance we land him.

But several of our 3 stars have been downgraded to 2*.
