Probably all they could pay. Truthfully I would have kept Pat Shurmer and Mike Holmgen. I know they contacted Bill Chower for the 5th time trying to hire him. You'd think they get the picture after the 1st 4 NOs.

Norv is coming with him, Norv's son Scott Turner is too...D will move to a 3-4 scheme.

I would say next to the Cardinals, the Browns are the worst organization in the NFL but even the Cardinals went to a recent Super Bowl, made the playoffs and won a game the next year. Then again, there's always the Lions.

You'd think with all of the parity in the NFL, some organizations would have a three year run or so but some seem immune to it.

Sweet, they hired an OC that should of been fired here. I say Whisenhunt but I'm willing to bet he wants a head coaching gig, did alot in AZ with nothing.

Chud didn't exactly handle integrating Newton's abilities into the Panther offense very well. Wonder why he would be considered as I thought he had at most one more year with the Panthers before he was fired.

He is a Browns guy through and through. Grew up rooting for them and had 2 previous stints with them the lasting being their OC.


Cam really helped too.

He did a poor job handling Cam. Changed the whole system for Cam and then midseason after the change failed they scaled it back and started winning again
