All of his stuff is funny. Is that around Norfolk? There are A LOT of shady people he talks to.

I think it maybe was done in Norfolk. Like all cities there's some diverse areas in Norfolk. Remember we have people who thought they saw a small loin.

I don't find the shock/fainting meme funny because people really get concerned about him, I know I would. Otherwise, good stuff.

Go stream the Knight Rider episodes on Net Flix. That is basically how they did it. Honestly, back in the day I never noticed it but in re-watching the series It stands out. Granted they got better at it.

He needs a black Trans Am to totally pull it off though :D
