RE: Bucket List of Sporting Events
So many fantastic choices, so little income funding added to advancing age.
I would like to see UAB vs Michigan in their home stadium -- or our OCS;
any World Series game anywhere;
UAB in a Final Four anywhere;
a Pro Bowl (or UAB in their bowl game) in Hawai'i because my wife wants to go there for any reason;
a Red Sox game in Fenway Park (the new Yankee Stadium just isn't the same as "The House that Ruth built") or the Cubbies at Wrigley Field;
a Packers game in Lambeau Field;
in Daytona for race week - might even go to the race on Sunday;
Watkins Glen for Formula I race as I've never been at an open wheel race (Road Atlanta might do as a substitute);
the Master's Tournament with McDowell in the chase.

RE: Bucket List of Sporting Events
This thread made me think about attending the first game in our own OCS. If it had gone as planned I would have my seasons tickets and been excited. After everything that us happened if we ever get an OCS durring my lifetime I will be openly be weeping with joy durring the opening kickoff and I will be unashamed.

All of us will be right next to you in our adult diapers with our walkers and wheelchairs waiting for the bus to take us back to the nursing home.

If it takes that long to happen given your present age, I will probably have to watch from "above" (that's taking a lot for granted).

I spent several months in Portugal a few years ago. I was there with several other Americans and some went to do that.

They had a pretty good time.

It is a once in lifetime experience.

LOTS of people there though. The only dangers are not just the bulls. Watch your back.

Bucket List of Sporting Events
All the UAB stuff already mentioned.
Go to all the MLB parks (Been to the Braves and Reds, planning on seeing the Cardinals this summer).
See an Everton game at Goodison.
Go to another Dolphins game (I went years ago, when I was 5 or 6, but don't remember very much).
See a snowy NFL game somewhere, Green Bay, Chicago, New England, I don't care.
Go to see a Seahawks home game, that place gets crazy loud.
Go to an NFL Thanksgiving game, preferably Detroit.

That only works for bears and other carnivores. Bulls are grass eaters so they just keep on running until they get corralled or get tired. I liked the "balcony idea", but not being a "drinker", my fantasy would be to have my hands full of someone else.
