If you have never had a groin injury you would never understand. If you don't let it heal fully then it Will nag you all year. An extra few days can make huge difference. Been there.
Intelligent people know he didn't go from completely crippled to completely healed in between these 2 games.
He could have forced the issue against UT but it wasn't necessary.
He's probably still not 100% but he has to get back in there to get past it. Obviously they feel its safer now from a medical standpoint.
He actually practiced on Thursday but by the end of practice the injury was bothering him again. That is why he sat on Friday. No conspiracies. Just the Truth. He WAS hurt and it will probably give him some trouble still. GOOD GRIEF!

They just like stirring crap up.
Like I said, intelligent people understand that injuries happen.
No reason whatsoever to believe otherwise except for the sake of being a drama queen.

Yes, I don't think it was an injury that would NEVER heal. good grief....
Why the good grief, looney/crazy smilie?
It's a reasonable question to arrive at. Or did that thought make him a bad fan?

What is wrong with you? Damn!
Tanya, not saying I agreed with the original statment, but it's not unreasonable to ask how a guy was a no-go, and 24 hrs later is ready to play (no need to explain, I understand how injuries heal and I don't believe this was one of Pastner's "tendonitis" situations).
I was simply responding to MissJ's "good grief" response, for a semi-legit question.

Not everyone thinks everything is a conspiracy.
A no-go on Friday and a go on Sunday is not 24 hours. You're welcome.

Next thing you know, you'll be telling my wife that a hot dog bun is not really 12 inches long.

Because they are bad fans (yeah, I'm not afraid to say it)
So, then, Carmouche really did have tendinitis. Spoon missed those games after the team bus incident due to knee issues? Coleman really got a black eye from running into a door?

I don't know how bad TB's injury is but I remember Michael Dickerson, shooting guard for the Grizz some time ago could not play basketball any more after his groin injury.

Groin injuries are one of the worst for a big man. I don’t expect Tarik to play much for the next 2-3 games as he is definitely going to be needed down the stretch.

Not the boards and my replay shows we gave up almost everything that said we dominated. Let's just say we won without our big man but they were without theirs also.

In addition to Maymon [remember him?] they also lost a couple of guards due to practice injuries in the days before the game
