You have to click the link to the UAB game - it defaults to a different game.

107.7 finally came up about 15 minutes into the game. If you have an iPhone, the College Basketball app is a life saver. With it you can pick the radio broadcast of any major team from anywhere. The Collage Football app does the same thing. Both connect with the teams' radio stations anytime of the day.

I love David Crane. He just said that the UAB-UCF game is at "6pm Wednesday with the pregame starting at 5:30 (pause) make a note of it (pause), and 6pm tip."

That message was for 107.7.

I hope Drew puts it into the story. I'm sure he was struggling to hear it as well as he was covering the bowl game.

I received a Facebook Message from Drew yesterday. Because of cuts at the Fish-Wrapper, he can only attend a limited number of games. He is waiting on some important conference games.

I'm surprised they haven't sent him to Miami.

Will definitely be reaching out to AD Mackin and whoever at UAB about this sorry-assed radio station's coverage of UAB sports. Why is UAB affilated with them in the first place? They know or care about as much about UAB and sports as a chicken hawk.

As mentioned in another thread about this topic somewhat, I emailed UAB's AD. And he responded. More dialogue pending...
