RE: Question for Those Who Attended the UM/UT Game
The UT fans from East TN usually are very nice it's the ones that have never even been there and live on our side that are the morons

I mistook all the blue seats for Tiger fans at first, too.

I have always found the UT fans in Knoxville to be 90 percent cordial and polite. And I do also find that racism in Tennessee grows gradually the farther east you go.

So this 200-500 estimate, Was this the number of Tiger fans or the total number of teeth possessed by the UT fans there (I know it can't be number of last names....WAAAAAY too high of a number)

500 is a ridiculously low estimate. Of course I wasn't there but I am good at estimating.

Had to be over 1000
i just watched the game again on espn3 and noticed what appeared to be lots of 'blue' among the crowd. But I am sure that wasn't Memphis blue you were seeing. The seats there are a blue-gray, lots of people wear blue jean pants and surprisingly lots of UT fans were NOT WEARING ORANGE.

I still feel fairly confident we had no more than 500 there.

Guess we'll never know for sure though, will we?

That's funny about the color of the seats

And any utk fans that would wear blue to a Memphis game will be counted as Memphis fans by me and by anyone else who sees on TV, and I commend them for being at the least ashamed to wear that awful color

As someone mentioned, we were very spread out but definitely a presence. Had a great time! The Tenn fans around us were very respectful and complimentary of the Tigers fwiw.

Glad they were nice to you guys! We sat painted in the student section behind the goal!! Never would have thought being so truly hated by so many people at one time could be so much da** fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
