I agree with your assessment but disagree with how you arrived by it.

As a fan of a "have not," you are used to seeing your team get screwed when playing any highly followed team (ND, bama, et al).

If you've watched enough games that ND has played this season, plenty of teams they beat got screwed by the refs also.

SEC schools aren't the only ones getting in trouble on occasion. SEC football is just a step above everybody else, even bad SEC teams typically have better talent than everyone else.

ND got jobbed on the 1st possession. Other than that, ND sucks on special teams, can't tackle, and can't stop the run or pass. Totally outmatched, AND getting outcoached.

that's it. im calling it a night. no need to miss sleep for this.

Oregon should of got their shot, but every school seems to fall to far when they loose, but SEC only fall 1 - 3 spots..

Be one more chance next year then, 2014 be better with 4 teams..

I'll admit, I was TOTALLy off on this one... I had Alabama winning, but only by about 3 in a low-scoring game.

That being said, Alabama would have probably mopped the floor with any of the other 4 EXCEPT maybe Louisville. (which would probably still have been an Alabama win).

After that shellacing, one of the guys at work (who's an Alabama fan), said he now had a LOT more respect for Georgia because of how toe-to-toe they played the Tide... and that any finesse team would have been clobbered.
