I honestly believe CUSA is about to very much dislike what they are going to see.
That's what I've been seeing, too. Everyone's making a big hoopla because he's underperformed, but even his fancy fadeaway shots have been down and out. I, for one, wasn't worried about him. You could see the greatness in him all along.
Yup he hasn't changed much...Shots just going in now...
Just wish he would use that body of his to get to the FT line...He doesn't play extremely well through contact.
Exactly. In the Loyola game there was a full 10 minute period where Josh ran plays to Adonis over and over and over. Adonis was getting wide open, close to the basket shots, over and over. Unfortunately he was missing everything against Loyola. It was excellent offensive execution if Adonis could have simply made the shots.
If they start falling, I would put the backcourt (counting the 3 as a backcourt player here) of Joe, Geron, and Adonis up against any other back court in college hoops and feel pretty darned good about my chances......especially with Geron's big private area...
