UA raced out to a 53-36 halftime lead and didn't look bad in winning the Paradise Jam at the University of the Virgin Islands in St. Thomas last night.

Eric Ferguson (all-tournament team) led the HOGS with 20 pts. Ronnie Brewer (tournament MVP) had 18.

Stat of the game: Arkansas shot 63% from the field in the first half

The Razorbacks were the hit of the Virgin Islands, as ticket sales for the Paradise Jam set records, and UA merchandise sold out during each game. Natives of the Virgin Islands loved the UA fans and calling the HOGS and took it up themselves, giving the opponents a huge disadvantage when 2,900 of the 3,000 fans are calling the HOGS.

Arkansas (3-0) takes on Gardner-Webb in the reg. season home opener this Saturday, then hosts Tulsa next Tuesday.
