The problem I have with Josh is the same as I had with Porter. He looks lost and does not appear to be improving. The mistake that was made with Josh is that he was given too much power to select his own coaches with little direction. Someone should have forced him to get an experience coach with good Xs and Os background. But what was done was done is he was given too much power to make too many bad decisions. Example starting the season with 1 less coach. Who allowed that decision?

Must wins for this years team begin @ the CUSA tournament in March. Until then, we're just playing for conference tournament seeding. UT and Xavier won't be tournament teams this year.

Unless we dont win CUSA tournament, whatever team wins will be a team we played.

Exactly. We will likely need to win the tournament to make the NCAA, so the UT game means little in that regard. We need to finish in the top 4 in the conference to get a bye, and then let the chips fall where they may. In hindsight, it would sure be nice to be playing it in Memphis.

I doubt we lose more than 1 conf game. We are WAY better than the rest of the conference.

This is not about seeding as far as what I'm talking about. This is about getting in, and if you are top 30 in the RPI you are a LOCK to get in.

You might want to try something drastic and use common sense. The RPI has been in use since 1981. I would consider a 98.4% success rate to be a lock, wouldn't you?
