Left my house at 3:15am 1/1/13 and safely got back at 2:45pm 1/2/13 after a connecting flight cancellation delayed me by 3.5hrs.

2-3hrs of sleep between the FTL airport floor after the game along with both of my flights back home.

My budget was over by $21.97 but oh well I will manage to come up with the extra money ;P

The loss stinks but I would have done this all over again even if I were to know the result. It was amazing to see lot 10 in those first 2 hours because you knew that it was due to word of mouth driven by this board and the Young Alumni Council.

I am glad that I got to meet some of you for the first time and others again.

A special thanks goes out to Mr. Brown (Ryan Browns father), HuskieBob, John (don't remember your screen name) for the welcoming hospitality and help with getting me to the airport.

Its was especially an honor to sit next to HuskieBob while the band played the NIU Alma Matter (His fathers work)

Walking into the stadium the NIU chants were awesome. Just as at the end of the game MANY of the NIU fans were still cheering on the team even though we knew the game was out of reach.

well done, huge commitment. Hat off to you sir. We are some where over Colorado, almost back to Utah, very happy to be home soon.
