on paper, ought 2b an interesting game. jsu is 10-3, bu is 9-4. bu has racked up a couple of "big name" wins with stanford and boston univ. jsu has racked up its only 3 losses to "big names" . . . they did beat eastern mich,,,,,,,,,,,,,,dont know any thing bout them except their from michigan which is a good bball state. jsu has 2 conference wins, this is the first for bu. jsu has beaten a bunch of hbcu schools, for whatever thats worth
my take--if more peeps than johnson and clark score, youll be in good shape. if the bu defense does its thing, youll be in good shape. if its a crap game like vs. kansas, vs. northeastern, or vs. ucf, then youre screwed
key stat--bench points. they aint been there all year for bu. im sure your hoping byrd is working that out
for all bruin fans that cant make it and all buc fans that are keeping up with bu for the love of the game, its webcast on the ovc digi netwk,

my prediction--byrd will want 2 make a statement to his new conference. the first half of the first half will be lead changes, byrds substitutions will start to wear on jsu about 10 minutes in. bu up by 12 at the half, bu wins by 20, keeping jsu to 50 or fewer points
