Louisville turns the ball over 3 straight possessions to end the game and loses at home to Syracuse by 2.

It never ceases to amaze me how much fouling Lousiville gets away with, yet they still lost.

Siva was out of control. Terrible pass that MCW easily stole for the go-ahead basket. Then, another questionable decision to pass it to Dieng, who had been 1-5 from the field. Dieng needs to toughen up. With the game on the line he let a skinny guard rip the ball right out of his hands.

The good thing for us is that I think Syracuse still might be celebrating that win on Monday afternoon.

Georgetown (3-3) easily won at ND (3-3) tonight, 63-47.

I hated that we had to play ND right before the National Championship game. Brey couldn't stop talking about it. They seemed to feed off of it and played with a lot more life than they normally do on the road.

Since then ND has looked awful. They've lost 3 of 4 and probably should have lost to Rutgers if it wasn't for a very questionable charge call in the final seconds. After making 9-16 3pt FG against us they have shot just 15-54 from 3. That's 28%.

Big win for the Hoyas after losing at USF on Saturday.

What a missed opportunity yesterday. Big East race could be wide open. Syracuse is in great shape right now.

RE: Big East Basketball Conference Play
The Houdini act finally comes to an end for Syracuse. Hell of a week for Nova. They've moved up 30 spots in the RPI to the mid 40's to put themselves in good position for an at-large bid.

There are currently 11 BE teams in the top 58 of the RPI. That's a crazy amount of quality depth.

Louisville is a really good team, capable of great runs, but their ranking has been inflated all year. They are a top 15 team, possibly a top ten team...but not a top 5 team.

Why would you play for the last shot with 30 seconds to go and down a point?
