My TV says it isn't supposed to start 'til 7:30.

No, they pushed the start of the OB back to 7:50 so I'd guess the pregame show would still be on ESPN.

Here is what my TV guide has had as the tv schedule for tonight

8:22-8:30 - Rose Bowl Post Game Show
8:30-8:37 - Orange Bowl Showcase
8:37-12:07 - Orange Bowl Game

So everything is still on schedule. Don't get your panties in a bunch.

I know from past back-to-back games, if/when delayed, no, your cable box won't get the signal on it.
