The C7 Schools of the BE were reportedly 1 vote shy of being able to dictate the direction of the Conference. Does the defection of Boise St give them that vote or was Boise St and future members not counted in the numbers needed?

first if all, the Catholics hauled holy ass. I'm not sure they have voting rights at this point. but boise was a football only member, IIRC.

I wouldn't say the direction could get any worse at this point anyway.
