Mike Price could'nt have done much worse coaching that team.

I never understood what made the cowboys think romo was "their guy".

Romo is a good QB, but he'll never get you to a superbowl. Last year I was saying if you don't have an elite quarterback you should sign Peyton Manning..this year I'm saying if you are in a playoff drought you should fire your coach and hire Andy Reid.

Replace the OC/DC coaches as well. Romo is only as good as the plays he gets, but he is not a clutch player.

Hell yes..14 years, 6 division titles, 4 runner-ups, 9 playoff seasons, 3 NFC championship games, 1 superbowl, and a partridge in a pear tree.

He tried to lob passes that were short, and were intercepted. He took a sack outside of the pocket, when he should've thrown it away.
I bet if Jessica Simpson had been in the endzone, he would've scored.... not enough smilies

Schaub never had the talent and money spent for him, that Romo has had.

RE: OT: Dear Jerry Jones; Please replace your headcoach and probaby QB too
Here's the problem... if there was a time to replace Romo, it was last draft. This year's QB class is about as week as there has ever been. The top picks are... USC's Barkley, WVU's Geno Smith, and Wilson from Arkansas. That's weak. Who's available on the trade market and free agency? Well, you have Sanchez and Tebow, probably Michael Vick, and Matt Moore. Joe Flacco is currently scheduled to be a free agent, but we all know he should end back in Baltimore.
So, who do you take in place of Romo this year? If Flacco resigns with the Ravens, I honestly don't see a move the Cowboys can make at QB that makes them a better team this offseason.

Agree on all points.
Sanchez had nothing to work with, and still pulled some wins out. he lost confidence as a result.
Romo had it all, and still found a way to underachieve.

That's a good idea. If I were the Cowboys, I'd also take a look at Kirk Cousins. I know it's a small sample size, but you can't ignore what he did with it.

Dang it, he popped in my mind momentarily, but forgot to go back and loop him in. That will be interesting because he's still under club control, so the Niners will get a king's ransom for him.

OT: Tony Romo has to be the biggest choker in the history of football....
Matt schaub has not been in or close to the playoffs as much as romo has been. Schaub is not a good QB against elite talent though.
I'm a texans fan and I don't see us winning a single game this year. Schaub isn't getting it done.
