Man I wish we played like this on the road! Of course, the competition has been a bit steeper.

We need to teabag GSU and somehow beat Dayton to get some momentum going into conference play.

RE: Northeastern
Swing is very close to a triple double.

I believe this has only been done by 2 former blazers.

RE: Northeastern
NE had a little run off of some Blazer turnovers...
Reggie Spencer picked up his 4th foul and then a technical to foul out

7:35 left, Blazers lead 64-48
UAB shooting the technical after the timeout

Spencer's T was just dumb. He picked up his fourth, there's a time out on the floor, and he throws an elbow at Alihodzic on his way by.

Grow up in Tuscaloosa. Go to college in Massachusetts. Come all the way to Birmingham to foul out and get drummed by 20.

Nice afternoon, young man.

Yeah, right in front of an official. Not his proudest moment.

RE: Northeastern
Very subtle, but I think Haase made a good coaching move when we were up 22 and NE went on a 6-0 run to close it to 16. He called a timeout--something he never does--and the team refocused and outscored them the rest of the way. Against South Alabama, we suffered from lack of focus at the end as well and allowed them to turn a 20+ deficit into only 14 at the end.

Mathis, Whitehead and Baker. The trifecta of morons. Mathis and Baker tried to see which official could make the other look better by stinking it up.

RE: Northeastern
I disagree. Just because we win does not mean it was a well officiated game. Baker was the worst of the three.

RE: Northeastern
My opinion of how it is officiated has nothing to do with the outcome. You must have watched a different game, or you've never seen a well officiated game. A good game called doesn't mean my team got all the calls.

RE: Northeastern
I have seen many well officiated games. I dare say I have seen more well officiated games than bad ones. I didn't see one today. Getting calls has nothing to do with it. I can live with not "getting calls" if the game is officiated correctly.

They had 2 guys foul out and we had 2 or 3 with 4 and both teams had I don't know how many with 3, and it wasn't a particularly physical game, that I noticed.

RE: Northeastern
On paper, that was UAB's best win so far. I thought UAB really played well. There were some very good passes and great defense. Yes, we did turn the ball over too many times when they trapped the guy with the ball.

It was great to see QT hit a couple of threes. It was great to see TJ drive to the bucket and force their hand.

Good game, Blazers!
