If and when UTSA leaves C-USA, how much is our exit fee?

Probably not much at all.....If Fresno and UNLV said no i really hope our NBE adds FB only UTSA and UMass with UTSA you could have your other sports in the southland Conference and Umass could have theirs in the A-10 or we if lost UH or SMU we could look to UTSA and UNT and have same potential....Same goes with Umass and ODU or Charlotte....We are still stronger then the MWC, Will make more money, And have more population and still growing at a faster rate....But if Fresno and UNLV say no then i wold turn to UTSA and Umass or ODU for sure....The World Is Ours Memphis....Good lucj you guys...Keep supporting and building it up there and hope you guys get with us before too long...

Interesting.

I could be wrong but I'm not sure UTSA would join a conference for FB only. I think we would rather stay in C-USA than split our sports. And going back to the Southland for other sports is not appealing at all. I think there would be a huge backlash if that happened. So I think a move would be for all sports or not at all.

I guess you could add UTSA and Umass all sports if Fresno and UNLV said no, but not sure it would be right away as were a FB only to start would be huge...If they were staring at 5 mm and a combo of being on ESPN/NBC Comcast tv deal they wouldn't say no.....Still think Boise and SDSU stay and we add Fresno and UNLV and their power play is just that.....More money with NBE and they know it....But if not Fresno and UNLV i wouldn't mind UTSA and UMASS maybe joining for All sports and would get us to 14 or keep us at 12 or 13 depending on NAvy....The World Is Ours Memphis....

Southland wouldn't let UTSA play football outside of the conference as an independent. That's one of the reasons UTSA jumped to D-I so soon. I don't think UTSA could go back there unless they brought football along.

With the NBE in the Go5 I Think UTSA has more upside then most schools.... I Can see UTSA With SMU / UH some time in the future witch could be sooner then you think.. look at USF / UCF Didn't take that long....

It used to be, but lately we've invested in cooking oil, so we can produce UTSA season tickets
