ECU better be up for this game - it's only ULL's second bowl ever and they will be really up for it.

The offense needs to show us something right here.

Nothing to do with anything other than the fact that I have a team I like best in this game. I like both teams,, but I like ULL a little more. I also like to see a team who has labored for a very long time in the shadows like ULL, and had so many lackluster seasons showing a program that is to be taken serious. Also I was born in N.O. and grew up 30 miles west of USM so I have a soft spot for the Cajun name.

ECU seems to have put a lot of time in to its defense during bowl prep.

Any ECU fans in NOLA? I forgot that they were playing today here, and I came with some buddies from UTSA for the weekend. I should of brought my ECU jersey

UL was inept all those years because of a dinosaur president. We now have a dynamic president who understands the value football and athletics bring to the university. It is no longer business as usual at Louisiana. You see that in our team today. We are just completing a $250M campus building campaign and will announce shortly a Master Plan for athletics with improvements in all facilities including our football stadium increasing capacity to 50,000+ and a state of the art stadium. This school is taking off. Would like to see us associated with USM and CUSA. UL is for real.

God we suck something hard...we don't deserve a bowl game!

SBC was no joke this year.

I do believe the Pirates can come back and win this game, and hope they do. But you have to be impressed with ULL so far.

Its SBC #2 vs CUSA #3 Correct?
