Does Clemson do anything
besides embarrass the ACC on the field/court and complain about how they're too good to be in this conference?

Well, leave the court part of it out because we aren't, never claimed to be, and never will be a hoops school.
So far this season in football we have beaten every school on our schedule that was below us.
One thing is for certain......we have not lost a game in either sport on what our fanbase claims as our turf to a lesser team like Syracuse did today in their only sport. Especially to a team that lost to Canisius on their home court the week before.
We haven't ever embarrassed two conferences like the Orange did today. Way to hurt the ACC perception Syracuse.

1. I'm stunned that a fan of God's Gift to College Athletics would admit that anyone is above them.
2. That's quite a lofty standard. Southern Miss didn't lose to anyone below them, either.
3. Basketball is not Syracuse's only sport. SU is the reigning conference champion in men's basketball, men's cross country, field hockey, football (co-champion), and women's lacrosse. As you'll recall from the Director's Cup standings, SU is #12 in the nation while God's Gift to College Athletics is tied for last with zero points.

So it is Clemson who's god's gift to college athletics. I thought y'all had been referring to ND. Thanks for clarifying.

RE: Does Clemson do anything
As an aside, Clemson remains one of the best baseball programs in the country. We used to be one of the best men's soccer programs, and was one of the ACC's best women's basketball, and both men's and women's track programs. But under the regime of President Barker, you know....the same President y'all like to claim as proof Clemson is committed to the ACC, all of our athletic programs have fell from what they once were.

Add another thing to the list of things SU does that God's Gift to College Athletics doesn't do: Win bowl games.
