There will be no TV contract until the TV people know the line up. Why would there be. If you think there would then you are crazy. If they would do that they could get caught in basically a bait and switch.

Somewhere between a roller coaster ride and mine field best describes the current realignment landscape.

The numbers will speak loudly either way in the next few months.

Naaa only Memphis, the dirty place it is. Memphis is just like Mogantown. The place could fall in a sinkhole with you in it and I wouldn't miss it. OOO And KC has much better BBQ, Hell Hattisburg, MS has much better BBQ than Memphis does. Have fun in the Blown Up Phantom Big East. Where you will be playing with yourself.

Through it all, HerdZoned will always consistently be HerdZoned. That won't change based on Christmas season, weather, Mayan errors, or zombie attack.

I don't see why it would be in the interest of a network to make an offer right now. Until the NBE has a set line-up of programs, networks will run the risk of overpaying, and they don't like to do that. That won't matter. It will be based on who is there as of the time the agreement is penned. The deal will have clauses and riders that adjust the deal based on future membership changes.

That sounds like a deal that might not be in place for long. In my opinion, it's a house of cards.
