Gas prices drip dramatically
Gas prices drop dramatically. . .or is it drip.

That was one of the key criticisms of Obama...High gas prices.

Unemployment has gone down. Retail sales are up greatly from last year at this time.

Just think how much lower the gas prices would be, how much lower the unemployment would be, how much better the economy would be if Romney was elected.

That's what the republicans were saying during the campaign.

Don't tell me it's not true. I still think there are weapons of mass destruction somewhere in Iraq. We should keep looking.

And that's what the Dems said about Bush and Cheney when gas prices would spike. "They're both big oil guys, they're fixing the prices!" So I guess Obama is a big oil guy.

As I watch budget negotiations I see nothing that comes close to real spending reductions. In fact the increases outweigh the reductions. 16 trillion in debt, 8% unemployment, Obamacare costs starting to kick in. Happy Days are here again!!!

You do realize that we are still in Obama's 1st term, and that even if he had won the election Romney wouldn't have been in office yet, right?

But, on the other hand, if you think we are now living in "the land of milk and honey", because gas prices are only $3.30 per gallon, God bless you. Enjoy this Obama-era "prosperity"!

1st rule of public perception.

When gas prices are up, "it's the president."

When gas prices are down, "it's not really in the hands of the president"

This shouldn't shock up, it's been this way since the 70's.

With that said, gas is down because we are now using the winter blend, which is cheaper to make.

Hope ya'll know I was messing with you.

It was the hypocrisy of criticism that I was exploiting.

By the way, we are very fortunate to be living in this country even with all it's foibles. It is the best country in the world. Open discussions lead to solutions. We are fortunate that we can speak our minds.
