Everybody go check out the site above. This is a local company based out of Birmingham. They just recently, 2-3 weeks ago, added 2 UAB caps to their collection. According to a friend who works there, the interest/demand for these first 2 caps will determine if they make any visors, t-shirts, etc for UAB. I'm a fan of their brand and bought the green cap with gold state of Alabama but really want a visor made. Everybody go buy and make the Blazer brands sale!!

The caps need "UAB" over the state outline or maybe "U" on one side of the state and "B" on the other side using the state as the "A" in between.

Yeah... um $25 for a green hat with a yellow state?

eh... not only that but we're referred to as Alabama Birmingham.

I'll stick with Snoozy's

None of their designs have school names, etc. Just state outlines and school colors. I would like it if they did the Alabama State Flag inside the State outline in green and gold though.

And while I love Snoozy's as much as the next Blazer fan, if we don't support other vendors when they carry UAB gear, they'll stop carrying it and the casual fan will never buy any Blazer get up.

That is some of the ugliest "sports" or "university" apparel I've ever seen.

Not just the UAB stuff...everything on there is horrid-looking.

I don't hate the stuff. I wouldn't want that "UAB" cap, but I could see them making a design I would like. However, the "ALABAMA BIRMINGHAM" part rubs me the wrong way. I emailed them to ask them to change it to UAB. I was nice. :)

If they are not using UAB logos they are not paying UAB. I'll by official merchandise that benefits UAB

And to that end, they probably don't have to pay for Alabama-Birmingham because it doesn't actually exist.

This is an obvious work around so they don't have to pay licensing fees. Is it legal yes is it ethical not very

Wow I finally clicked on it, and that is some bootleg, bootleg stuff. Imagine showing up to your roll tide tailgate in that $65 polo. I would have a UAB analogy, except I wouldn't even be able to peg that as UAB gear.

There are a few "official" Under Armour UAB pullovers and hoodies that say Alabama-Birmingham.

If they had it labeled Alabama UAB hat I might consider buying on in Green with gold state , but not when they designate the product as Alabama Birmingham,,,

They did something that uniquely identified their Alabama stuff with the number 14. I think they should consider that with the other things they've made.

Right now, it's no different than my son's green hat with a gold nike swoosh on it....and it didn't cost me $25
