Teams jumping to other conferences.....

I prefer basketball myself. I'm disappointed that our basketball program finally appears to be headed back to a competitive level and we're leaving for a conference that will be 1 bid more often than not.

If Tulsa and UTEP get it going, and it goes without saying that they have historically good basketball programs, it could easily be more than one bid.

I guess the real question is do they stay.

Yeah I know they both have historically solid programs. I really would have felt a lot better about CUSA basketball if WKU had been selected over FAU.

CUSA dropped a couple anchors, but added them right back and nobody added is at the caliber of Memphis. It also hurts that ODU is experiencing one of their worst seasons ever and UAB is rebuilding as well.

I'm excited about UTEP's class and what it could mean for the conference if UTEP doesn't abandon ship.
