Didn't the Liberty Bowl screw CUSA last year? That sucks for all the La Tech players and fans, but I'm not surprise.

Not me. Iowa state in the Liberty Bowl has a collective yawn in Memphis. It's been fun listening to Earhardt explain how exciting it is to have Iowa State, instead of one of the most exciting offenses in football.

Yeah, I'd buy that. A big Twelve school with Texas Tech's offensive history is a better fit.
