USNWR ratings are overhyped... but if you really want to include this one, blame Shelby T. for this one (at least that's what I gathered from the rumours and stuff.), because he pissed off a bunch of Faculty (you can argue whether or not Thames was at fault for this one), so they sorta got "bad-mouthing" going around.
