Has been diagnosed with Colon Cancer. It was caught early..hopefully through God's healing he will recover completely

Update on “The Voice of the ECU Pirates” Jeff Charles (courtesy of Pirate Radio 1250 & 930):
Jeff had another good night, last night. The doctors are starting to wean him off some of the stronger pain meds. His pathology report came back today, and they said out of the 42 lymph nodes tested; only one was cancer. The Doctor said it was an A+ report! Jeff is still trying to recover from 2 major surgeries last week, but this news today was very positive.

12/17/12 Update on the status of Jeff Charles: (Courtesy of Pirate Radio 1250 & 930)
"Today marks two weeks of Jeff in the hospital.
Troy D from Pirate Radio was able to speak to Jeff via the phone this morning. Jeff is still slowly recovering from three major surgeries. He was able to ‘stand up, take a few steps, and sit up’ in a chair yesterday. He had a few more tubes taken out, and his vitals are good, but he is still in ICU. His voice sounded strong, and he was in ‘good spirits’. He once again said that the amount of support he and Debbie have received has been overwhelming, and they are very grateful for each message! It truly has made a difference."
