Sagarin has the Colonials at #156 (compare to Northwestern State at #176). Camels are way down at #265 after the bad losses in Vegas.
Any word if White and Oliver will be able to play Tuesday?
According to White's twitter, his pain medicine isn't working and he's till undergoing treatment. Plus, today he mentioned that his eyes were being dilated. Therefore, I think he is out for tonight's game.

I have only seen one game, but the numbers don't bare that out. Three guys are playing over 30 minutes and then a rotation of about 5 or 6 more. That is pretty standard especially for this early in the season.
The thing you have to keep in mind is that there are SO many new faces that you will see a lot of lineup changes in the non-conference season. I would expect it to get paired down and minutes hard to come by as the season goes on.

I also think six guys have been identified as getting a bulk of the minutes (Freeman, Ryan, Hooker, White, McCarter, Harris). The problem is they are mostly perimeter players (except Harris). The key is going to be able to find two or three more posts to mix in or try to continue to play four around one or five man around zero.
By the way, the team is 3-6 (not 3-7), but yes still not good but if you change a few tough losses including Robert Morris the other direction, it is totally different.

I completely agree that we are a perimeter team, which kills us. We live and die on the jump-shot, and when we aren't shooting well, we don't go into the paint. Although I think Harris is a good player, he does not have the presence that Griffin did last year. I was hoping that either Harris or Leonard would dominate the paint, but I haven't seen it happen. Without a dominant presence in the paint, we will have a very hard time beating even average teams (unless we are shooting at a very high percentage).
On the other hand, Harris had a good game against RMU and I am not trying to discredit Harris or any other player on their performances over the first half of the season.

It's sad when less than 15 people are creating about 85% of the noise :( At least we are always yelling and having fun on the front row.

RE: ROBERT MORRIS
Ive been wondering this for a long time and I certainly applaud the enthusiasm that you and your crew bring. Why is it that there are not more students at the games? Do they find the game boring? too much homework? I just dont get it. regardless of the opponent. I know there is a difference between a VA Tech and Coker, but still. I know there is a big difference between Carter and Gore, but i remember my freshman year we had over 1200 packed and standing in a 1000 seat gym for towson st. facilities are great, but ive only been to a few games where all the fans/students are into it like you guys on the front row. Anyway, welcome to the board and thanks for the fan support.

I honestly don't know why a lot of students aren't coming to the games. For this game against RMU, you could use the excuse that they had exams the next day, but every other game they don't show up either. I feel that people don't go because we aren't playing the big teams like UNC or Duke at home. In their minds, if it isn't a big school, then it won't be an interesting game. That is my best guess why. Of the students that do show up, only 10% aren't afraid to get loud and show support for their team.
In fact, it seems like students only show up when something is being given away. I don't know how many times I've been walking to the game (not knowing they are giving away t-shirts) and I see people leaving with shirts. It infuriates me when that happens. If you get the benefits of getting the shirt, at least stay and show support.
Hopefully, we can get some more students in the stands in the years to come.
