serious question. why did ya'll boo benson? seems classless to me. i don't think we ever booed that fat tub of goo (waters) and he truly hated western.

what did he do that merited booing during a glorious occasion like accepting the trophy?

Booing the commish is pretty childish no matter how you want to swing it, especially when you're getting a conference championship trophy.

He was treated pretty rough during the entire visit here. There was almost no acknowledgement of him in the entire trophy presentation, outside of just saying a couple words and handing the trophy over. He stood far away from the rest of our group on his own corner of the stage, and quickly departed after he handed the trophy off.

Our administration is not very happy with him either. Think about it, you have a crowd of 31K at a December home game, equaling the crowd of the entire Pac 12 title game, and nearly doubling the CUSA crowd, a team that has won 19 games in 2 years, and has really raised its attention level nationally. Yet that team is still in danger of watching its conference dissolve around them and beong left out in the cold in realignment.

Its a very frustrated fanbase right now.

I fully understand the frustration, but booing the commish is not the way to handle that

if you're left out it'll be the same reasons we're left out and it has nothing to do with benson.

asu fans booing benson reminds me of dummies on our board screaming 'we need out of this crap conference' for years. but every time i ask the dummies where....i get crickets or retard answers like the missouri valley.
