Congrats! ASU was probably the best team I've seen us play all year (maybe excluding Miss St).

Congrats here as well.

First time we've ever been shut out in an SBC contest.

You have an $EC quality team................ I hope.

To bad we don't have a CUSA quality team. We only had 31k at the game. Next time they should stay home and help boost our TV market.

The decision to announce the move to CUSA could not have come at a worse time for MTSU. Hard for people who do not live around Jonesboro to understand just how mad that made folks around these parts.

That is all the people around me at the game talked about. They kept shouting at the MTSU players about being scared the play Sun Belt teams. I even heard a ASU play tell a MTSU players to look at the scoreboard because this is Belt ball baby.

That is all I have heard since the announcement. I was expecting MTSU may have had to have a police escort to and from the stadium.

Yes, you were about 29,000 high on the attendance ... plus, you won the game. Dual disqualification.

That is the thing I don't get about TV market. If few people care about the team what does it matter the size of their market? They were saying on the radio that FAU had at the most 2,000 people at the Cajuns game.

It doesn't matter if people are watching, just the number of homes you will be selling your cable package to.

I was worried the game would be ugly...didn't expect it to be this bad, but the better team definitely won.

Not necessarily. There was a reason for it that I cannot get into.

We wanted to wait.

2,000 in the stands? That's way too high for FIU.

Guys, we will be fine in the Belt.

The players and fans responded correctly by taunting MTSU for running off to a weaker conference.

Plus, winning game us all a chance to boo Karl Benson at the trophy presentation. He looked a little surprised at his reception.

This is the strongest year of the Belt so far. What a tremendous challenge and honor to win the title this particular year.

Congratulations Arkansas State, well done.
