The VANDALS????



I think it would be good for the Belt to welcome back Idaho to the party! It wasn't that long ago that Idaho was a better football school than Boise State.

They are also a land grant school. Lamar, Sam Houston State, etc, don't have as much gravitas.

What the? Where did this come from? No thanks.

That would be fine as long as all their conference games are road games.

Why don't you guys go invite them. You guys are in the habit of inviting everyone to your party anyway just to even attempt to stay in existence.

Key word there: "were"

The Sun Belt Conference committee president, Troy University Chancellor Jack Hawkins, and Commissioner Benson have stated several times they want a tight conference footprint. With Denver gone we have that. I'm sure the SBC presidents/chancellors are glad they aren't wasting money flying teams out west any more. Unless we add a few other western teams Idaho makes no sense.

If we are going to play conference road games in Moscow, I would rather invite Moscow University and play games in one of the largest media markets in the world

I honestly would prefer The Vandals the punk band to visit Cajun Field every 2 years instead of the football program that plays in a high school gymnasium.

No to Idaho. Too far. No stadium. If they have FBS facilities, they're off to the MWC.
