Liverpool's freshest link, so congrats Calallen or aTx on your new player. Looks boss.

Out weeks not months.

Don't feel like searching, what was the diagnosis?

Alright City, let's bring these pretenders back to reality. I'm tired of hearing all this crap about Sherwood after beating up on the bottom of the table.

This was the first of 7 games against the top 8 Liverpool still has to play, but the great thing is 6 of those 7 are at Anfield (the only away game is at Man U). I really love how Liverpool's schedule sets up down the stretch. Feeling great about a top 4 finish and firmly believe the 1st is in play.

Definitely got the inside track for 4th, but don't see a scenario where we can challenge for the title. City are just too good.

We have better attacking options than City - letting Tevez walk hurts. We just don't have Yaya. Although Gerrard's role yesterday was immense.

We also went toe to toe with them. I don't think they are too good for us at all. If we had beaten them (which we could have done if the linesman wasn't a complete F tard) - we would only be a point off of them. I do agree though they will win the league.

Compare their bench to our bench.

LOL Chelsea. Can't wait to hear what the sniffling whiner Mourinho has to say about that.

Compare their bench to our bench.

They have better depth no doubt - but their away form is still "eh". And compare our matches against them since Brendan has been in charge. 2 draws (Skrtel backpass... 03-weeping ) and they squeaked by us last match despite Sterling being onside 5 full yards.

They were begging for that game to be over. Yaya "that was the best team we've faced all year" after the game.

Lets see how long Aguero is out.

I'm with Yaya that we're the best team they've faced. If we really turn it on, 2nd place is possible, but I think whoever finishes 2nd will still finish 7-10 pts behind City.

Konoplayanka and M'Vila or de Jong would do wonders to help.
