That said, congrats Tulane.

What I find interesting is watching the fans of the teams react differently, based on how many rounds of departures they've seen from CUSA.

The newbies, added last round are in stage 1 of grief (denial), spouting "we'll rebuild this better"

The group that saw the last wave go, jumped right to anger (tell fans to leave the board).

The USM and UAB fans who have seen this many times already jumped right to depression and acceptance.

UAB was a founding member as was uncc. We just didn't have d1 football

I'll be damned if my alma mater gets on its knees like a whore for a football only invite like ECU, Boise, SD State etc. I and most other Herd / fans alums have more self respect than to go out like a dirty slut.

I'm not willing to be a fan of any school that's in this conference. There is a line, and USM is now below it. We're not quite at the point where I take my degree off of my resume, but we're headed there. Categorize that how you will.
