Bad system. Doesn't take into account total wins and he allots too many points for big budgets. He should pair the two and allot points for each dollar spent per win, to see how well that money was spent.

I agree. UVA and VT have not been superior basketball programs to us and arguably Mason over the past 5 years. They're getting a lot of points for budgets.
