I guess it depends which rpi you go with. For example http://realtimerpi.com/rpi_coln_Women.html has us at #45 or #52 according to http://www.wbbstate.com/schools/JMU not sure what other rpi's are out there though.

I don't have a story on it or anything but JMU has gotten a transfer from Dayton names Lexi Carpenter. She is a 5'8" point guard. I am not sure why she is transferring, but she does sound like she is a good get for us. JMU was one of the schools that were trying to recruit her. Out of high school (2012) she was rated as a 3 star recruit by ESPN http://espn.go.com/high-school/girls-bas...carpenter. This is what ESPN stated about Lexi "Winter 2010-11: Crafty scorer who has improved her 3-point shot, she understands how to set up defenders and creat space. Solid defender with good footwork (Bodine) She Got Game 09: Has the ability to score from anywhere on the floor, reads the defense well. As a very nice pull up jump shot. Very agile and well balanced when making moves to the basket. High energy player that plays hard through out the games."

She played in 4 games as a Flyer and scored 4 and 6 points in two of them. Here is what the Dayton coach stated about Lexi in the recruitment flyer “Lexi is a flashy, creative guard who will help in our transition game. However according to DNR Mathew Stoss, the transfer is not a done deal as of yet. They are still working on the grades, etc... Hopefully she turns out to be a really good player for us that can shoot and make baskets. I am not sure if she will be playing a true point guard position as we already have Mickens and Hall. But I guess we will see.
