RE: Happy Thanksgiving
Going to my mother in laws today. The women is a saint. My father in law however is pushing 80, won't wear his hearing aids, so you're constantly repeating yourself, he'll fall asleep in the middle of a conversation, chews like a cow at the dinner table, he'll fall asleep on the couch after dinner and will snore so loud we'll have to watch the game in the kitchen.

On the other hand, I'm glad to be around to celebrate it.

Happy Thanksgiving :domokun:

Awesome, Major. That's some funny stuff.

Thanksgiving is a great holiday where you just take time to be grateful for family and friends.

Happy Thanksgiving to you all.

I've always used this as a day of reflection. No matter how much we complain and b!tch about things, they could always be worse. Sometimes its hard to realize what all we have to be thankful for.

So from my family to all of yours, Happy Thanksgiving Folks! Hope you have a wonderful and blessed day

Good dinner, got dragged out to BF early openings, left early. Could not believe a line hundreds of people deep for target. Target? Fortunately I got a reprieve when my better half scoffed at that!02-13-banana

I was in Livonia, MI yesterday and it was 60 degrees and sunny. Nearly reached 70 the day before. Supposed to actually snow today. #PureMichigan

RE: Happy Thanksgiving
My mother in law does not make stuffing so either my wife or her sister brings it. If neither do then my 80 year old father in law drags out some ancient family recipe and makes it. Hold on to your taste buds.

Now if you've ever made stuffing we're talking bread, chicken broth, sage, celery, maybe some carrots, and various seasonings.

My father in law's recipe included a gallon of MILK 03-puke, 6 eggs, 2 cans of chicken broth, celery, and 4 loaves of chopped up bread. I kid you not when I say we had enough dressing to feed 70 people.

As people arrived my mother in law warned people about Dad's dressing. I put some on my plate, but no one ate it out of fear.

When dinner was finished my father in law instructed my mother in law to freeze the left over dressing. 04-jawdrop
