At what point does HCMC tell Titus to stop lobbing 3's?
He's 1 for 19 from 3 for chissakes.
I remember Huggs used to say there's a reason you're open for the
3,,the defense doesn't think you can make it,,,

He doesn't tell him to stop shooting it. In fact, he has hesitated a few times the last couple of games when he was wide open. He needs to tell him to ignore the crowd yelling "NO" and to pull the trigger when the shot is there.

hopefully Rubles shots start falling soon. He's had some close bounces but no luck. He does so well in other parts of the game that it's hard to really get upset with his lack of offense lately. I can't wait until his slump ends. He'll be one of the best next season if he continues working at his game.

both Mick and Dan Hoard says that Rubles is the best 3 point shooter in practices. Just bad luck in the games. He'll probably get hot soon and we'll forget we even complained about it.

RE: Man, how good has Titus Rubles been?
As some have said, supposedly Rubles is a killer three point shooter....if he can get that going in real games we are gonna be nearly unbeatable.

I wish he could get it going because then the guy guarding him would have to guard him even closer on the perimeter and at that point with his ability to drive to the basket and either score or dish the ball he would be so much better for us on offense.

I like his game as is but he needs to either start hitting them or stop shooting them altogether. But as Mick said, if he can hit them in practice, he needs to keep shooting them in games. One game where they fall for the guy is probably all he'll need to get over that hump.

I noticed X was sagging off him real bad. Too bad he couldnt get a couple of those to go down because they were wide open shots. Has to be frustrating and also too tempting for a guy to pass up when you are canning them in practice. I think his form is horrible, if it it goes in....

For some reason his shot looks like fried nerves to me. If the kid is killing it behind the arc in practice but looks this funky in games, let him keep working it out. If he does have that in his toolbox, get it working now so he has it ready in Feb-March.
