Last year we had louisville 10, pitt 21.
This year (if they win last game) we have wvu 11(?) and louisville(16)?.
2 years down, 2 to go.

Pretty respectable showing this year. A good start for our first full season together. Maybe a notch below the other BCS but certainly better then any non BCS.

if WVU should be fortunate enough to beat USF and win their bowl game, we might finish the season around #6 or #7. Wouldn't count in the BCS standings, but it sure would be sweet. It would also put us in the pre-season top 15 (and likely top 10) next season.

A WVU win against LSU or Georgia would do wonders for our program, and also our conference.

And seeing Ga Tech/UGA, and LSU's struggles at times this season (lose at home to UT??), I think WVU has a legitimate shot to get a win. We will be underdogs, to be sure, but I don't expect us to get blown out.

right, wvu (if they beat usf), has saved us this year. The BCS standings will be final, but winning the bowl games gives us a jump on next year rankings not ot mention slamming the pundits.

Both WVU and UofL need to win and lets hope for a UCLA, Georgia and actually a FSU upset over VPI. That would move UofL and WVU up in the Final BCS Rankings.

As it stands now if both win we will have a Top 12 and Top 20 school in the Final BCS Standings plus we are far and away the Number 6 league and would have a team in the Final Top 12 and maybe Top 10.

Not a bad start for the New Big East and next year should be better, Brohm is expected to be back by fall practice.
