LMAO at Divider in Chief.

The divisive voices have been the "play our way, or we are taking the ball home" Republicans. Obama tried to reach across the aisle, only to get his hand chewed off.

The hardcore divisiness started when Clinton won, and fuckheads like Limbaugh got going.

What hate did Obama spew?

Secondly, I seem to recall Romney being on a stage in Detroit and mentioning that he and Anne were born right there in Detroit. And no one ever asked him for his birth certificate.

BTW, Romney's surrogates (Sududu and Trump) made a constant barrage of hateful, race baiting statements.

You're just moving the goal posts to make your candidate seem less offensive. It don't care where it was said, I care if it's what they said and believe.

Hope and Change....my ass.

Obama won the election by brilliantly cobbling together factions with shrill warnings of supposed enemies everywhere. Young women were threatened by sexist Neanderthal males. Minorities were oppressed by neo-Confederate tea partiers. Greens were in danger from greedy smokestack polluters. Gays were bullied by homophobic Evangelicals. Illegal aliens were demonized by xenophobic nativists. And the 47 percent were at the mercy of the grasping 1 percent. Almost any American could fall into the category of either an Obama-aligned victim or a Romney-aligned oppressor.

How, then, can a reelected President Obama put the fractured American Humpty Dumpty together again after it has been shattered by such a nasty campaign? Certainly, it will no longer work for the president merely to wax eloquent on the need for more civility. Instead, his congressional opponents will expect more hardball Chicago politics and will probably reply in kind.

Almost done. Who'd have thought a a Stevie Wonder classic would bring about so many conservative frowns? They don't like this tune no mo':

He ran a cleaner campaign against Romney than the other Republicans in the primary.

I tend to agree. That's why I said that Romney's fatal error was not tearing Stephanopoulos a new one over the contraception question. He would have answered a lot of questions and cut off a lot more early in the primary season, and avoided a lot of the damage that he had to control later.

Let's say you are correct. Were Gingrich and perry running on a platform of Hope and Chane...no more politics as usual. Obama said he was different in 08. A new day, new bipartisonship...blah blah blah. All I am saying is Obama is just another politician...all the hope and change and new day tal was BS. Obama is politics as usual.

RE: I wonder if Obama's kids are proud
The fact some of you still think Obama is this divider in chief and that it's not the conservatives who are stonewalling everythig.. it's just amazing. Hell it's not like they've kept it a secret, they've made it loud and clear, in public they would not work with Obama and it was their goal to make sure he would not get re-elected.

At some point you're going to have to look in mirror and realize what the problem is. You're in denial. It's great for moderates and liberals, that you're making the right completely irrelevant, but goodness, how do you not see it?
