I'd have a 12 game season with 6 home and 6 away. There would be 4 OOC games, 2 home and 2 away. There'd be 2 Divisions in each conference and a championship game. The conference Champ would move on to a 32 team playoff. At large teams would be determined by committee. Any team in the USA has a chance to play for a National Title. You can never play enough college football. Teams can move up from 1AA when they want.
