I'm surprised that in your position that you or Joyce or Cook would not have read any of the books that I have mentioned. In those books, they document over 16 different cities who have financed stadiums and those stadiums have not significantly improved the economies of any of those cities.

I'm glad it passed. This will be great for the city. Over here in fairfax I voted no on a question to build a $50 million storm drainage system for ONE neighborhood. That stadium purchase is a steal.
