Usually the 3:30 pm game the ACC gets Boston

BC has increased the ACC penetration so well this year, case in point.

Looking forward to BC losing to NCST tomorrow. The air is coming out of BC's tire soon enough. Considering this is one of their best teams ever, next few years do not look good for the traitors.

Blah, blah, blah. BC hasn't done anything for the ACC. These are probably the same people that said that BC added another "power" to the ACC, claiming that a program that routinely finished in the middle of the pack in the Big East was one of the Big East's "elite" teams.

BC biggest problem is that they are by themselves, they would have been better off if Syracuse went with them instead of VPI.

Travel cost are going to skyrocket for their non revenue sports plus they had a much better chance of going to a BCS Bowl in the Big East instead of the ACC.

Throw in how the Big East has lost a LOT of TV Coverage in FLA this year (first time ever that most of FLA did not have a Saturday Big East Game on Free/Cable TV...3 times already this year!)

Of course BC brought more market coverage for the ACC to the Northeast...that was a no brainer.

Not in the Miami-FTL area. Where the local channel 33 televises on free tv the Big East game of the week. So the Bulls and the BE have gotten weekly exposure down here.

As for BC, they made a choice and that choice helped USF gain entry into BE. So good for them ans us.

And long term good for the Big East. Mark my words, USF will be a much better program in about 5 years then the boys from Beantown.

In a rebuilding year they are already challenging for the league title.

That is funny. I'd have thought the GT/UVA game would've been carried in NE, but then again there has been this over-the-top hype concerning USC's trip to the site of their last loss. Never mind the fact Cal has suffered duly this season. Let's face it, everyone(sic) loves a winner, especially TV networks when that winner is setting/trying for records. Got to hand it to Coach Carroll, the Men of Troy are one stout bunch.

Just to clarify a couple points, BC's review of the move suggested travel costs will increase by roughly $200k-400k. Compared with the Nearly $3M increase in revenue they'll be getting once as a full member, well...

And they aren't in a rebuilding year, either. As seen in the Collegefootballnews.com previews BC returned 8-9 offensive players and most key defenders. It was suspected that if they beat FSU they'd win their division.

Maize, I may have mistook your "rebuilding year" comment. I thought you were speaking of BC instead of USF. If I misread it, my bad.
