No candidate has ever won this polling numbers like these this late in the race. Obama is toast.

Yeah I heard that as well. No candidate with this kind of a lead in Gallup at this point has ever not won.

Will be interesting to see how it plays out.

Is this a 7 day rolling average? If so, wow. Romney will have gained a point after the debate. If that's the case, I guess we know who won.

What's the EC map look like? That's where it matters.

I don't trust any numbers these days, although that BLS scam may have backfired.

I wouldn't count Obama out just yet. He can still promise the world and there are still people stupid enough to believe him. In fact, there are several on this board.

Romney is only leading in the RCP map if you don't include the RCP "toss ups," and Obama has RCP leads in most of those toss ups. Obama leads 294-244 in the "no toss up" map.

It's over. 7 isn't even close to a margin of error. If Romney is up 7 nationally, he will win Virginia, Florida, & Ohio and might even pull off a surprise state or two. Landslide.
