Republican voter fraud in my home county

I love this story for several reasons. For one thing, it's my home county - although I guess that's also a reason to be embarrassed about it.

But I think my favorite part of the story is that the Republican candidate busted for voting in both Texas and Pennsylvania in 2008, 2010 and 2012 actually voted for Hillary Clinton in 2008. If his fellow Republicans don't abandon him for his illegal voting practices, they will surely abandon him for voting for Clinton.

Texas has open primaries. Some of my republican relatives in Texas 08 voted for Obama in the 2008 primary, even though they planned to vote for McCain in November. They said that the dems were going to win anyway and they preferred Obama over Clinton. Same with some of my friends in Virginia in 2008.

This is another great example however of how voter id laws will resolve vote fraud.

Plus this guy was a Democrat not too long ago. I think he changed his party affiliation recently to have a better chance of winning (and I wouldn't be surprised if he still won although it might be tough to serve his term in jail.

We've got a lot of congress critters who belong in jail. Should just move the whole body there.
