That was a golden opportunity to take the lead, and Pitt marched backward from the red zone to completely out of FG range. The punt gives Syracuse the ball back at their 25...

Now the question is will Pitt get the ball back in time to score?

I don't think Pitt's going to get the ball back, unless Syracuse scores before the game is up. I could be wrong, but it doesn't look like it at the moment...
