basketball mini plan including VCU ticket
Received an email yesterday about a mini plan available for December/January games which includes 3 tickets. One for the VCU game and a choice of two from the UCF, Fairfield, JMU and Delaware games. Also included are two women's hoops vouchers. Comes to $81 after fee's.

I hope Single game tickets for VCU will not be available. Much like they have been doing to us for years.

Decided to see the VCU Ramnation reaction to this, and it's a pretty funny read:

What a strange little collective they've got there. At least they're excited about the prospect of paying us money and making use of our superior facilities.

They are such biatches.

They did the same thing, now they complain about it.

Not to mention the sickening superiority complex they have. Hope our team gives them a shock.

...and what a spectacle it could be. At least we've got that cupcake circus to start the season to gauge how fast our young team can get back up to speed.

I need to find come up with a game plan for the commonwealth classic or governors cup. Anyone planning on going and have it all figured out already? Is it separate sessions?

From what I've heard it's a single session, set up like a CAA tourney session.

RE: basketball mini plan including VCU ticket
That is by far the dumbest fan base in the entire CAA. Not only are they complaining about something they've been doing to us for years, they actually think we give a flying rat turd about their worthless opinions.

Their "super fan" Pav is the biggest fattest most worthless piece of dogsh*t on the planet.........he literally has no life other than eating food, making love to his morbidly obese wife who was made fun of in a national blog (as was Pav) and dressing up like a "ram" despite being 30 years old.

Oh yeah and he sits in the student section, carries around a white board, starts a twitter account pretending to be Blaine Taylor and then has the audacity to say he "doesn't want attention".

Remember, that is their SUPER FAN. What a pathetic bunch of losers. They're jealousy of our football program aside, they actually think they have a nicer basketball arena and that the Ted isn't as nice as the Stu?

Who knew smoking crack was a prerequisite to becoming a VCU "Rowdy Ram"? I didn't an interview once with those guys back in the old days for their GOD AWFUL podcast and I literally tooled them on their own radio show. 5 dudes trying to interview one ODU fan and I took them apart. Not even sure they ended up posting it, it was that embarrassing for them.

JMU fans and VCU fans........the "class" of the CAA personified.

Who cares what they think of the ticket prices? Who cares what they think about anything? Who cares what Crowley does or doesn't do? (I refuse to call him "Pavarotti." I saw the REAL Pavarotti in NY in the 1980s and believe me, that wannabe is NO Pavarotti.)

Except for that four year OOC contract, we are thankfully done with them. Let them enjoy their A-10 membership - it's what they wanted. They are a basketball focused school, and it is the right fit; look at all the national press Richmond has garnered from the A-10. I hope it is as fruitful for them as their Metro experience.

Oh really???? Guess you weren't around when the VCU fans hacked my facebook page, found a picture of a friend of mine and called her a fat hog and all kinds of other disgusting things.

Yes, Pav was one of the people joining in.

He's a heinous, disgusting slob, an udderly (yeah, I spelled it like that on purpose) vile, fat worthless VCU piece of garbage.

And just so you are aware, I'd rather sleep with him than his wife, THAT'S how heinous she is.

So you were saying?

A buddy of mine is a huge VCU fan. We always talk smack. He's only 23 or so so all he's know is the recent VCU success.... but anyway.

I saw him in a Facebook picture wearing a monarch maniacs tshirt tailgating. I commented "you look good in blue."

I saw him out in Ghent tonight and he leans over and goes.. "shhhh don't tell anyone... but holy crap why didn't anyone tell me tailgating for the games was so fun!?! I'll be there Saturday." I invited him to my spot. Love it.
