2014 Schedule
Great news, CUSA has agreed to include ODU in its 2014 conference schedule. Now Wood and BW just have to figure out OOC and 2013.

RE: 2014 Schedule
Now we need a stadium to hold all the fans that are willing to attend these games.

This is the best news possible.

Well done, Wood!

RE: 2014 Schedule
Wood said the other day the waiting list is over 4,300 at avg of 3 tickets = 12,900. I think it's time to expand.

RE: 2014 Schedule
I would imagine that we could fill 35,000 - 40,000 seats. With the 20K present, every game sold out 4 years running and a present number of 4,300 on the waiting lists (potential 13,000 plus tickets). I think 40,000 could be a great number for Foreman Field to be expanded to....

I bet there has been a big increase this week alone for the waiting list numbers. All the positive press about ODU, Taylor’s records breaking performance(s) and the overall interest that seems to be growing in this area. Now with this news today about the CUSA Schedule for 2014 should be a BOOM.

RE: 2014 Schedule
If it were my business. I'd expand 10k between the 13 and 14 season. Which would presumably provide enough supply to cover 90% of the waiting list while still leaving demand. That way you have 14 and 15 at 100% capacity. Then wait and see how it goes for 2-3 years. Then 10k more to get to 40k.

Awesome news.........big time step forward for the program! Wood Selig continues to prove he is the man and that all my worries about him were clearly unnecessary and unfounded!

I agree completely. Get capacity up to 30k by the start of the 2014 season and then if you sell that out every game for a couple of years expand further. No need to build too many seats too quickly.
