But assume you are correct for the moment and see how the various comments apply ONLY to the 54% of the sample not republican (further assuming, probably reasonably so, that all 46% of the republicans are in the majority on each issue):
At least 39% (21%/54%) say there is too much uncertainty in the market today to expand, grow or hire new workers.
At least 40% (23%/54%) of small business owners and manufacturers say President Obama’s Executive Branch and regulatory policies have hurt American small businesses and manufacturers.
At least 17% (9%/54%) say they would not start a business today given what they know now and in the current environment.
At least 15% (8%/54%) say other countries like China and India are more supportive of their small businesses and manufacturers than the United States.
If 40% of ALL small business people think it's a bad time to grow or expand, and that Obama has hurt small businesses, those are pretty significant findings. And here, it's obviously more than that.
