Name a church that is forced to do this! If someone is in a secular business in te USA then follow secular laws (which includes freedom form and freedom of religion). If they do not like it they are welcome to move their business to Iran or some other country who's laws and concept of freedom they support.

1) Please point at where I said "church"... Your protest tells more about you than your words.

2) Using the excuse "it's a secular law" to force people to give up their freedom of religion is a bad practice. Weather its a church sponsored organization like a school or hospital, or a private business, nobody should force a person to ignore their conscious.

3) By the way, please show me where "freedom from religion" is in the constitution or Bill of right?

Again, this is just my perspective, but I think that what the pundits refer to as the Religious Right are the people that aren't just religious but they have to govern that way.
